Victorie is the twenty-two year old advice columnist for the daily prophet. She's the oldest of three children as well as the oldest of the Weasley/Potter cousins. While attending Hogwarts she was placed in Gryffindor which was the high light of her first year at the school. She was hell bent on following in her families footsteps and being in the same house as her father was. She never counted her mother in her house ambitions because Fleur didn't attend Hogwarts like the Weasley side of her family.
Friends Vic had always had plenty of friends growing up. She made sure that she was kind to people that
she met because she didn't want to be disliked that was the one thing she made sure of. Most of her friends would be older and no longer attending Hogwarts since she's twenty-two but there could be a few people that she's still friendly with because she knew them from long before she became writer.
Enimies Though Vic has always tried to be friendly with everyone that she meets there are bound to be people that don't like her. After all she can be pretty stubborn and when someone crosses her she doesn't forgive and forget very easily. Plus if anyone ever hurt a member of her family she will find a way to get back at them for it. Maybe there are a few people that don't like her because Vic got involved in their relationship with one of her siblings and it ended their relationship. She does it with her family in mind, but that still pisses some people off.
Lovers Vic doesn't really need any lovers since she's been with Ted Lupin since she was fifteen but that doesn't mean there aren't a few guys from the past. Though she has been 'in love' with Ted since she was a fourth year she wasn't going to wait around for him to notice her. Plus she can be a little bit of a flirt form time to time. So there could be some flirt friends thrown in there but they should be careful since Ted wont like it.

ok so these two have a very..interesting relationship, at least from dom's view. ever since dom was little, she was referred to as 'vic's little sister' and such and she would hear her sister get called beautiful, and stunning, and well, one day, something broke inside of her. so now when she see's her sister, all she see's is the person she's always been compared to and will never be as good as. over the years she's gone to extremes to feel pretty even at points starving herself, just so she could feel like she was pretty as vic. not that she'd ever let vic know that's why she would wear make up and dress up. she's a bitch of a jerk whenever its concerning her sister so she'd probably not be the nicest to her sister, now if someone insulted her sister, she'd be ready to jump to her defense in an instance. so, because of all of her internal feelings and depression thats setting in, things are going to hit the fan and dom's going to do some things she regrets. in the end these two love each other, even if their realtionships..odd at the moment xD feel free to add subtract or completely disregard this if you'd like.
